Aerial Photography & Videography

Flying a drone is an exhilarating experience!

The thrill of flying in epic locations completely immersed in the pilot’s view is hard to beat.

Aerial Services

Aerial Photography

In addition to his “ground” photography, Mark is also able to offer high-quality aerial photography using his experience in drone flying to get the best aerial angles of any subject.

Aerial Filming

Most TV and film footage now feature some drone filming and this is increasing.

Our drones are lighter and more sophisticated, so aerial filming no longer has to involve expensive helicopter film crews and static cranes.

Drones are quieter, safer and cheaper than manned aircraft and let filmmakers get much closer to the action.

Promotional Videos

Video content is a key component of any business digital marketing strategy. A short one – two minute high-quality aerial imagery video gives the viewer an understanding of your business and an awareness of your products and services, venues and events.

Estate Agents

We produce dramatic aerial property photography and videos for residential estate agents.  Aerial videos and photographs capture the scale of the property, land, gardens and surrounding, not possible with ground-based photography.

Commercial Property

If you are selling or leasing commercial property, there is now a cost effective way to produce stunning aerial photographs and videos of offices, retail parks, industrial units, factories, farms and land.

Get that unique perspective in your wedding photos and video. We can safely provide high-quality imagery to enhance the memories of the big day.

Local summer fairs, parades, music events, Christmas events and so much more can be photographed and filmed from an aerial perspective in the knowledge that all flights are safely manned and the imagery produced is the highest possible quality.

Live Streaming

We have the equipment, knowledge and skills to produce “live stream” footage of any particular event from an aerial perspective, directly through to your mobile phone, websites and social media sites including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Our Drone Team will provide you with high-quality imagery for the following types of business and more!! … Broadcast companies, production companies, media outlets (news, sport. social), corporate media teams, architects, design companies, advertising agencies, corporate business, private entities and international venues.

DJI Mavic Air 2s

Having the right drone is important to me. The DJI Mavic Air 2s is a lightweight drone and portable within a small shoulder bag. More importantly it performs at the highest level, producing high-quality photo and video imagery. The sky truly is the limit with this drone.

Equipped with a 1-inch image sensor and large 2.4μm pixels, the DJI Air 2S is capable of capturing every stunning detail and with a 5.4K video. This drone delivers rich clarity and authentic colour tones in every frame for footage, giving the wow factor. The DJI Air 2s effortlessly turns any adventure into cinematic footage.

DJI Air 2S features DJI’s most advanced image transmission technology yet. 1080p image feeds are ultra-smooth, clear and reliable at distances of up to 12 kms. With a long battery life and its powerful functionality, aerial creation is more convenient than ever. One billion colours captured lets you fully immerse yourself in all the hues of the environment.

The Air 2s will capture the allure of the world, even when it darkens. Thanks to a high dynamic range, high resolution and accurate colour reproduction, even low-light scenes are sharp and vibrant.

Shooting RAW format photos with a dynamic range captures more visual information in every scene, even when lighting conditions are bad or complex. This provides more flexibility in post-processing, giving creators more possibilities to get the look they want.

The combination of portability, safety, and intelligent technology means that more time can spent flying and less time worrying about them. The DJI Air 2S can be taken into the sky confidently, every flight.

DJI Air 2S provides an added layer of airspace safety and receives information from airplanes and helicopters in your area. Audio and visual alerts help keep the drone out of the way of those aircraft.

 DJI Inspire 1

In 2017, I purchased my first drone – the DJI Inspire 1. Although drone technology has advanced since then, I still occasionally use this “old workhouse” within my aerial imagery work.

The Inspire 1 drone is very versatile with various cameras and sensors options. It was designed with adaptability in mind.

The DJI Inspire 1 still allows anyone to create great aerial photography and filming shots using the Zenmuse X3 gimbal and camera.

The Inspire 1 is easy to fly, very responsive to the touch and a pleasure to fly.  The flying capabilities of this drone allows added stabilisation than many smaller drones and enables the creation of professional aerial filming, photography, photogrammetry and thermal imaging.

The Inspire 1 is easy to carry, weighing slightly less than 7 lbs (2935 grams) and has a maximum flight time of 15 minutes per battery.

DJI Inspire 1 Quadcopter

The Inspire 1 has been previously used to film motorsport events which proves just how manoeuvrable this quadcopter is. Filming fast action is difficult and the Inspire 1 is well up for this action.

This compact aerial camera shoots video up to 4k or 1080 and takes professional quality 12 megapixel stills. The Inspire 1 camera has a full 360 degree range.

It is still a great pleasure to fly the Inspire 1.

Where have we flown drones?

In conjunction with my ground photography, I have visited many locations of outstanding natural beauty. In the UK, I have filmed with my drone at dramatic landmark locations including The Old Man of Storr, The Quiraing, Lealt Falls, Mealt Falls (all on the Isle of Skye), Eilean Donan Castle (Western Highlands of Scotland), Lake Buttermere (Lake District) and Brighton Pier.
